Our Commitment to our Customers

Our foods are cooked on racks in stone ovens, so any fats and oils are drained in a natural manner.  Some dishes will have a light breading that is prepared in our kitchens.  We use semolina and unbleached flour.  Daily our bread is baked, vegetables are cooked and fresh lemons are squeezed.  We slice our veal thinly; de-vein our shrimp and cook all sauces with the freshest ingredients.

We strive to accommodate all of our customers' taste and provide four delectable homemade sauces.  Our Bolognese - has mounds of beef; Alfredo - is creamy and smooth; Meat sauce - is cooked with pounds of meat and put into our cuisinart for a smooth presentation; marinara - we use only plum tomatoes and remove all seeds by hand.  Many of our dishes are low in cholesterol, sodium free and no preservatives are used.
